Intermountain Clinical Nutrition Newsletters
Are published monthly for patients in both the fasting/transition, modified fasting and aftercare programs.
The goal of these newsletters is to give the patient ongoing motivation to stay focused and conscious of what they are eating. It is also an opportunity to get advise from the behaviorist and the dietition, to receive current information from a variety of sources including Nestles Health Services, to get new ideas for exercise, behavior modification and updates in related health fields.
